style: duplica el tamaño del logo (sidebar y login)

nav-logo-full 26px->52px, nav-logo-icon (modo compacto) 28px->56px, y
login-logo-img 40px->80px. Se ajusta el alto de nav-header/topbar (52->84px)
y el ancho del riel compacto (56->80px) para que el logo mas grande entre
sin recortarse y las lineas de header/topbar sigan alineadas.
